Google Pack Privacy Notice / Center

Google Pack installs your choice of a collection of software from Google as well as other companies on your computer. The Google Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Google's products and services, including information provided when you use Google Pack and the Google products and services that may be installed through Google Pack. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices that are specific to Google Pack. The specific privacy policies of the other products that may be installed through Google Pack are also linked to here for your easy reference.

At Google we recognize that privacy is important. We hope this privacy center will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal information with us and our partners.

Information we collect

• Your copy of Google Pack includes a unique application number. The unique application number and information about your version of Google Pack and software installed through it may be reported when you install Google Pack, when Google Pack automatically checks for updates and if you uninstall Google Pack or software installed through it.
• Certain Google products that you may choose to install with Google Pack can be configured to send information about the websites you visit or other information to Google. These products are configured with these features turned off until you choose to turn them on, and we let you know the consequences of enabling such a feature before that feature is enabled.
• If you choose to enable Google Pack to send usage statistics about your version of Google Pack, it will send non-personal information about which software is installed through Google Pack and how that software is used.

Uses

• We use the information provided through Google Pack to deliver the best possible services to you, such as improving the Google Pack user experience and providing automatic updates of new versions of Pack.

Your choices

• You may uninstall Google Pack or the other programs installed by it at any time through Google Pack or Windows "Add/Remove Programs" screens.
